Important information about office hours in December

Dear Students,

Preceding the start of student administration in SAP on 10 December 2019, use of various online services as well as the Examination Office's opening hours will be restricted.

From 13:00 on 5 December to 10 December 2019 (anticipated end), QISPOS, SAP, and related database systems for student and examination administration will be not be available. As a result, you will be unable to register for or de-register from exams or view your grades during this time. If you should have exams during this time, we ask that you, wherever possible, complete any necessary registrations or de-registrations before 5 December. Sick notes (stating your matriculation number and affected exams) can still be submitted in your Examination team’s mailbox. Final theses can be submitted during opening hours at the information desk in the Main Building or the Campus Center or via mail to ensure they are received on time.

As the Examination teams will not be able to access any relevant programs during this time, it will not be possible for them to provide any information in person, over the phone, or via email. Additionally, they will be unable to issue certificates or accept exam registrations.

For this reason, office hours on 6, 9 and 10 December 2019 have been canceled and will not be held.

We apologize for any inconvenience and ask you to take account of these circumstances in your plans.

Exam Registration Forms exclusively available from Examination Team

Dear Students,

The Printing Office is currently unable to process any print orders. This affects the printing of exam registration forms.

In order for you to be able to register for exams, the remaining available forms will be exclusively provided by your respective examination team. You must take a waiting number and when called, you will be given the form, which you are to fill out immediately. We ask that you have all necessary information on hand so that we can process your registration quickly.

Please refer to the module transfer system for information about modules.

We will immediately inform you as soon as the exam registration forms are once again available in their usual locations.
